We are currently seeking an experienced gymnastics coach!
Spirit Zone is a family-run cheerleading, gymnastics, and tumbling facility. We focus not only on the skill, but providing athletes with the strength and conditioning required to safely participate. Our staff is continually studying new and interesting ways to teach. Here at Spirit Zone we pride ourselves on teaching the skills associated with cheerleading, tumbling, and gymnastics, and hope to to aid in creating successful young adults capable of handling responsibility, being accountable to others, and capable of persevering through challenges.
Tumbling Coaches work 2-10 hours/week. These hours will be between 4:00 pm and 9:00 pm Monday through Thursday. The right person for this position will be friendly, energetic, invested, and enjoy working with children. They will not only strive to be the best coach they can be, but will also serve as a positive role model to our athletes.
Job Requirements:
Experience coaching and spotting tumbling is preferred
Background in cheerleading, gymnastics, or related field
Love being around children
Have a friendly and positive attitude
Be motivated and able to sustain a high level of energy for up to four hours at a time
Be available evenings
Collaborate with other coaches
Be a willing participating in continuing education
Spirit Zone offers a competitive salary based on experience. We do require a background check for this position.
