Tumbling classes are 50 minutes long and are designed to provide instruction at a variety of levels! We work to keep our athlete/coach ratio at a level in which each class allows for the differentiated instruction individual athletes need to progress their skills.

Tumbling with Coach Destiny

Athletes have the opportunity to work on tumbling skills and utilize gym equipment with supervision. Instruction/Coaching is not provided during this time.
Wednesdays at 6:00pm
This 50 minute class offers instruction in basic jumps, motions, dance, synchronized tumbling, formations, stunting, and body positions. Recreational Cheerleading is a great way for beginning athletes to learn the basics of cheerleading. This class is also a good option for those preparing for middle school or high school cheerleading tryouts!
